While in Barcelona just the City Council has some interest in the .bcn domain and some people fear it could endanger the .cat, in New York City the things seem to be quite different. Until now we has a non-profit organization called www.connectingnyc.org . But for some days we have another one interested in .nyc too! It has the website www.dotnyc.net.
I wish something similar happened in Barcelona: the townhall with www.puntbcn.cat and a private company with maybe my domain, www.dotbcn.com trying to get the .bcn.
Let’s see what happens in New York. In Barcelona meanwhile, let’s wait and see … as always.
